The location is great! very close to food and shopping. Parking is a struggle. Staff is always polite and friendly. The rooms are decent. Price is always reasonable, especially if you're looking for something last minute.

I would say the room was decent for a night's stay. The room was on the first floor facing the street. The bathroom, bedroom/desk area with refrigerator was clean and no smells. Level C was where we got ice , vending machines, and the breakfast room. Parking was free directly across from the hotel underneath the bridge.

Mmm... It's ok but house keeping supplies need to be updated and better cleaning processes need to be implemented to keep the place running how it should run. For examples, mold in the shower, no housekeeping even if you stay for 4 days, bed sheets not washed in-between stays, we found hair in the sheets. Cigarette burns in the blankets.... Asking for another blanket and they say they don't t have anymore. No waffle maker at breakfast, creamer was expired, breads were stale, no fruit and very few options for the free breakfast... (Costco is right down the block... So no excuse.) I'm a Choice card member and a travel company owner... I would only recommend this place if you can't find anywhere else to stay or just sleep on the subways....

The location is sketchy. No parking is available. On street parking. Every time I left someone was parked beside me blocking me in. I had a king room. The bed took up the entire room. No closet or dressers. Just a desk and 2 nightstands. …

Excellent hotel. New York is a very expensive city to visit. It simply would not be possible without affordable accommodation. Easy access to subway. Friendly staff. Secure and clean.

Please we spent $360 for night and nothing at all like the pictures ROOMS VERY SMALL BREAKFAST SUCKS could have stayed somewhere more better 🙂 this should have coat $100 per night. But thanks not again smh they really lied about the rooms
